This is a roleplay based club based on the web comic and anime Axis Powers Hetalia. So if you don't roleplay well or know what that is, GTFO. And if you do, GTFI.

Please, before you claim a city or anything, read the rules. If you don't, I'll kill you. And if you decide you want to join, please fill out an application for the city you want to be. You should probably do it right away since it's on a first come, first serve basis. You don't want your city to be taken from someone who has filled it out before you just because you were slow. There are no reservations.

And.

Once you've joined, we expect you be active in the chatroom, #CityTanProject. So go there. Now.

September 8, 2009: Listen up fggts cities... applications that are being sent through notes will not be accepted. They must be on the Claiming Information or else your city will still be available.

September 2, 2009: Sorry we've been a little slow with the accepting and the adding stuff. We've been sort of lazy busy lately... but everything has finally been updated. For the most part.

... also, there is a possibility of having a forum, so keep an eye out for details.

August 10, 2009: Since a lot of people have not been reading this journal or the topic in the chat been complaining, we have postponed the activity check to a later date that has not yet been determined. So you're safe. For now.

August 6, 2009: Some of you haven't been getting in your city reference in. If you have, and we have not faved it yet, please tell us so in note. We'll be more strict about this later on. This is just a reminder. Also, starting this Sunday, we will be deleting cities from the City List and from the chat that have not been appearing for two straight weeks. So when August 9 comes around, make sure you're in the chat if you still want to keep your city. Thank you.

July 31, 2009: We have a lot of cities already. The project is growing faster than expected. Though, we still need more for the Middle Eastern and South American hemispheres. There are no cities for those categories. Literally. I'm not kidding. That's just sad. It would be nice if there were more. Hint hint.
